💎 Arcane Skull Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
After 12 hours, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arcaneskull.com with your order number.

2. Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any loss in value due to damage, wear, or missing packaging will be deducted from the refund.

Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
In these cases, Arcane Skull will cover return shipping costs.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email support@arcaneskull.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 3–10 business days for processing after receipt.
Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Important Notes

  • Each Arcane Skull is hand-carved and unique; natural variations in color, texture, or pattern are not considered defects.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
