- Each Arcane Skull is hand-carved and polished with care.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.
- We ship orders 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, so your package will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.
Shipping & Delivery
- After production, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
- In some cases, you may need to claim your package at your local customs office.
Packaging & Handling
- Every skull is securely wrapped with protective materials and carefully boxed to ensure safe delivery.
- Larger or heavier skulls may require extra packing time, but this ensures your one-of-a-kind piece arrives safely.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
- Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Arcane Skull is not responsible for unexpected delays or customs processing times.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- If tracking shows no movement for more than 20 business days, please email support@arcaneskull.com for assistance.
