How do I choose the right crystal for me?
Choosing a crystal can feel overwhelming because there are so many options. Healing with crystals is a very personal experience—you may feel drawn to one crystal, while someone else may be drawn to a different one, even if your intentions are the same.
To find the right crystal:
Hold the crystal in your hand and focus on your intention.
Pay attention to any sensations, such as warmth, coolness, pulsing, or a sense of calm and tranquility.
Be patient. Like any wellness practice, it takes time to quiet the mind and realign your mind/body balance.
These feelings are often signs that the crystal you’re holding is aligned with your healing needs.
What should I do first with my new crystal?
The first thing to do with your crystal is to cleanse it. After cleansing, set your intention for the crystal. Once both steps are complete, you can begin to explore the many ways to use your crystal for healing, meditation, or energy work.
How do I cleanse my crystals?
Cleansing your crystal is important to clear any energy from previous handling. We recommend a four-step process:
Water: Rinse your crystal or jewelry under clean water.
Sun or Moonlight: Place it outside for a few hours to absorb natural energy.
Sacred Smoke: Light sage or frankincense resin on charcoal and allow the smoke to infuse your crystal.
Music/Vibration: Place the crystal in a room with high-vibrational music, such as mantras, to clear any lingering energy.
This process cleanses your crystal on multiple vibrational levels, preparing it for your personal use.
How do I set an intention with my crystal?
Setting an intention helps you invite specific energy or goals into your life. Intentions can be:
Long-term: such as meditating daily to support better health.
Short-term or daily: such as focusing on gratitude for a person or situation.
When you set an intention, you align your crystal or jewelry with your goal, allowing its energy to support you in manifesting that mindset or outcome.
How do I use a healing crystal?
There is no single “right” way to use healing crystals—follow what feels natural to you. Here are a few popular methods:

Why do I feel like my crystals are not working?
Crystals amplify the energy you put out into the universe. For them to “work,” you must actively engage with them. Set your intention each morning, connect with your crystal’s energy, and cleanse it often. Then, be patient—crystals bring you what you need, exactly when you need it.
Keep in mind:
Be open to unexpected outcomes. For example, if you set an intention for wealth, the universe may guide you toward a new opportunity rather than a promotion.

How do I create a sacred space?
Creating a sacred space simply means dedicating an area for the rejuvenation of your spirit. For some, this could be a sacred altar, while for others it may be a meditation cushion in a quiet corner of the home or even a peaceful outdoor spot.
Over time, as you return to this same place for prayer, meditation, or healing work, the energy builds. Your mind begins to recognize the space as a place of calm and relief.
You can place crystals, relics, or other sacred objects in this space to hold and amplify the energy. Remember—your sacred space doesn’t need to be elaborate. What matters most is that it feels meaningful and peaceful to you.

How can I track my order status?
You can check your order progress via the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account under “Order History”.
Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or modify or cancel an order that you have already placed.For additional information, please email us support@arcaneskull.com.
Why does my order require verification?
In some cases, an order may be flagged for additional verification due to payment issues, differences between the billing and shipping addresses, or other irregularities that raise security concerns. To ensure your purchase is safe and legitimate, we may contact you for identification or payment confirmation. If this happens, we will reach out right away and process your order promptly once the verification is complete.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is applied based on the laws and regulations of your shipping destination. It may vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout if applicable. If your region does not require sales tax, no additional charges will be applied.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or security checks from your bank. If this happens, please double-check your details or try a different payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
How does international shipping work?
For all international orders, the shipping cost will vary depending on your location, the items being shipped, and the delivery speed you choose. Customers are responsible for claiming their package at the nearest customs facility and paying any duty fees, which are determined at the time of pickup.
During checkout, you may have the option to select expedited shipping if it is available for your region. The availability and fulfillment of expedited delivery depend on your destination and the time the order is placed.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing, which includes pulling, packing, and preparing your order. Larger crystal orders may take a little longer to ensure they arrive safely.
We ship orders even on weekends and national holidays. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you via email if this is the case with your order
How long will I have to wait to receive my package?
Delivery times depend on your location and typically take 7–20 business days. Shipping speed may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact our support team for assistance.
Why is it taking longer than usual for my order to arrive?
Once your package has been picked up and handed over to the shipping provider, delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to stay updated on your package’s status. If you are on a tight schedule, consider selecting expedited shipping, as even local shipments may experience delays with standard ground shipping.
My order says the shipping label has been created. What does that mean?
When you receive your shipping notification email, the tracking information may show that the label has been created and the carrier is "awaiting item." This means your order has been handed over to the carrier, but it may take some time for them to update the tracking.
Please allow 10–14 business days for tracking updates. If there is no further movement within that time frame, please contact us at support@arcaneskull.com for assistance.
My package tracking says "returned to sender." What should I do?
If your package was returned to sender, it likely could not be delivered due to an issue with the shipping address and has been sent back to our warehouse.
You have 30 days from the date the package is returned to contact us and reclaim your items. After 30 days, the items will be restocked. Please contact us at support@arcaneskull.com to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refund
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges of unused, undamaged items within 31 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team at support@arcaneskull.com to initiate the process and receive instructions for returning your item.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at support@arcaneskull.com within 31 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
When do I need to ship the merchandise back to Arcane Skull?
The merchandise must be shipped back to us within the aforementioned 31-day window of receiving your package, once your return has been approved.
Are shipping charges refundable?
No, they are not.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the damage or defect.
Contact us at support@arcaneskull.com immediately with your order number and photos.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, customized or personalized items and items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
How do I track my return?
We recommend sending returned items in a padded envelope and insuring the package. If the package is lost or stolen during return shipping, we cannot be held responsible for replacement.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, we will refund your original payment method. Returns typically take 3–10 business days to process after reaching our facility, as they are logged into our system every Thursday.
Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or account, depending on your financial institution.
